Delivery Information

UK DELIVERIES

All pharmacy requests are verified by our physician and delivered through our dedicated courier partners via a tracked service.

Deliveries are at no additional cost and take 1 day to be dispatched and up to 2-3 working days to receive your items. Please allow a total of 4 working days to receive your items, if you have not received it at this time, please email us at reception@drjuliet.co.uk.

If an item has been shipped and delivery is attempted with no answer causing the item to be delievered back to us or asked to re-deliver to another address, you will be required to pay a £5 charge.

 

DISPATCH

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect, once the items are set out for delivery. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your bank card statement.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We normally expect to dispatch orders within 1 working day. We do not dispatch orders on Bank Holiday and weekends.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or the wrong items have been sent out, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 3 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should not have a prescription label (as this cannot be resold), items should be unused, unopened, and have all original seals intact. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of delivery fees for any items or orders returned to us. In order to book a return, please email us at reception@drjuliet.couk.

Items that are not acceptable for returns are  ‘prescription labeled items’ are are not subject to review.

– unsealed products are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

Please note our clinic is not responsible for the postage and packaging fee for any items returned, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

GUIDELINES

Please make sure the items are packed and you have included the original packing slip while returning them as this may cause a delay in the returns process. Some items cannot be accepted for return for hygiene reasons. Please read the exclusion items which come under this.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

 

All returns must be verified by our team and a return address will be provided. Please email reception@drjuliet.co.uk. Once received, we will send you an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 working days from receipt of this email for the funds to appear on your account.

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All items are inspected on return.
