- Dispatch Times: Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
- Delivery Methods:
- Express Delivery: £5.95 (2-3 working days) – via a fully tracked service.
Please allow a total of 4 working days to receive your items. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please email us at reception@drjuliet.co.uk.
If an item has been shipped and delivery is attempted with no answer, causing the item to be returned to us or requiring redelivery to another address, a £5.95 charge will apply.
Prescription/Medical-Grade Skincare
- Authorisation Process: Authorisation for prescription or medical-grade skincare requires a specific process. Dispatch will only occur once our physician has provided the necessary approval. For further details, please review our Prescription Medicines Policy.
- Delivery Method: All prescription or medical-grade skincare items are delivered through our dedicated courier partners via a fully tracked service. The delivery fee is £5.95 (2-3 working days).
Please note that prescription products will be shipped only to the home address provided.

Click & Collect
- Location: Beckenham Branch, 162-166 Croydon Rd, Elmers End, Beckenham, BR3 4DE
- Fee: £100 minimum
- Availability: Saturdays only, from 12 pm to 4 pm
- Notification: We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting. Bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
- Restrictions: Not available for orders placed via PayPal Express. Click & Collect orders not collected within 10 days will be cancelled.
