Refund Policy

We hope you’ll love your order, but if you wish to return any items, we will refund you for any items returned to us in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition within 7 days of receipt, subject to review.

To be acceptable for return:

  • Items should be unused, unopened, and have all original seals intact.

Exclusions:

  • Prescription or medical-grade products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes brands such as Zo Skin Health, Obagi Medical, Perfect Peel, and more. Please confirm the eligibility of your item before purchase. This is explained in detail in our Prescription Medicines Policy.

How to Book a Return

Guidelines

  • Packaging: Ensure items are packed securely and include the original packing slip to avoid delays in processing.
  • Reimbursement: We will reimburse using the same payment method as the original transaction unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or evidence of return.
  • Important Notice: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and items will be inspected upon return.
If you received an incorrect item or if there was a spill or breakage during transit, we will cover the return costs.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 7-day returns period. If a return is attempted outside the allowed period, we may return the items to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, you will need to return the item to us and make a new purchase.
