We have implemented a new patient screening process that includes:
  • Mandatory Video Appointment: A video appointment to determine if an online prescription request is appropriate.
  • Follow-up Consultations: A video follow-up consultation is required for each subsequent order to ensure ongoing suitability and safety of the prescribed medication.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

When placing an order, you are submitting a request to purchase a product; this does not guarantee that the transaction will be completed or that you will receive the product. The company reserves the right to review each order to ensure it complies with our terms and conditions, particularly those concerning regulated products like prescription medicines. Even after payment, the order may not be fulfilled until all conditions, such as verifying the legitimacy of the prescription and ensuring product suitability, are met.

If your order does not comply with our terms—such as if the prescription is invalid or the order fails to meet regulatory requirements—we may cancel the order. In such cases, a non-refundable administrative fee of £10 will be deducted from your payment to cover the costs of processing and reviewing the order. This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.

Why Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) Cannot Be Returned

Due to legal regulations, refunds for Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) are not allowed. This policy is in place to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prescription medicines are dispensed specifically for individual patients based on a doctor’s prescription, making them non-returnable once they have been dispensed. This helps prevent misuse and ensures that all medicines are handled appropriately.
